Who we are

MSF Brothers General Construction Inc. is a Liberian-Owned construction company dedicated to transforming ideas into world-class structures. Founded on passion, professionalism, integrity, and craftsmanship, we specialize in modern construction & engineering solutions that meet international standards while addressing Liberia’s local development needs. The company was co-established by G. Gibson N. Flomo (an Architect and the CEO), Emmanuel Duo (professional Mason) and Romeo Wonalo (Draftsman) in 2024, after years of teaming up as local construction workers (contractors).

With our personnel possessing decades of construction and engineering industry experience, our team has successfully delivered on projects for government, NGOs, individuals, and other private sector projects nationwide — from residential and school buildings, to other infrastructure works and industrial facilities.

G. Gibson N. flomo

A professional Architectural Draftsman and Civil Engineering professional with experience in construction design, project execution, and engineering supervision dating back from 2008 when he first graduated with a Professional Study Diploma in Architectural Drafting from the Liberian-Swedish Vocational Training Center (L-SVTC) in Yekepa, Nimba County before pursuing tertiary education.

Emmanuel Gbor Duo – Incorporator/Co-Founder  


A passionate construction worker with specialty in masonry. He came up as an apprentice to G. Gibson N. Flomo whom he met as his high school mathematics teacher in 2010. Emmanuel has spent his entire life since then into building construction works; being supervised and mentored by different levels of professionals. He later earned a certificate in Masonry. He was born on October 18, 1988 in Paynesville City, Liberia

Romeo Wonalo – Incorporator/Co-Founder  


BSc Electrical Engineering
A Software Engineer and a professional Draftsman. He encountered G. Gibson N. Flomo in 2021 through a recommendation and they both struck a professional bond. Romeo has been in the field of construction since 2017, serving and performing several roles before helping to co-establish the company. He was born on March 31, 1990 in Paynesville City, Liberia.

Benetha B. Paye – Human Resource Manager (HR)

An Administrative and HR expert with about a decade of experience in performing administration and human resource management. Benetha holds a BA in Sociology & Public Administration as well as other professional certificates and diplomas, making her one of the outstanding administrators in the country.
